By Apostle Dave

The Church is the covenanted community of Christ the King. We are the Church; we are the corporate Body of Christ on Earth. As every believer of Christ is jointed together in right placement, we make up the Church. We are one body of Christ, being many members, and Christ being the head.

1 Cor. 12:12-14 "For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ; for by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, weather we be Jews or Gentiles, weather we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many"

  • The Church is not a building.
  • The Church is not a denomination.
  • Church as we have known it has to change.
  • God dwells in the corporate body not a singular denomination.
  • The Church is not a place you visit only on Sundays, for a couple of hours, and then show up at the same building a week later.

We have many buildings around the world that are labeled with names like Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostal, Assembly of God, Anglican, Catholic, Independent, and Church of God; but not one of these is “The Church”. Acts chapter 6 says, “God is not housed in buildings built by mans hands”.

The Church today has greatly regressed from the way the Church of Acts originally operated. The Church today is sub-normal, limited, and dysfunctional; it doesn’t allow Gods divine order and Godly government. It limits God with traditional, religious mindsets, and puts God in a box instead of coming into line with His voice.

If God was present in the Church today, people would not be untouched, unhealed, and unchanged. Where God is… sickness is not, disease is not, bondage is not, oppression is not, darkness is not, and anything not of Him doesn’t remain when He is there. Church has regressed not progressed.

What is the purpose of the Church?

  • The purpose of the Church is to demonstrate the will of God, and to manifest the image of Christ, individually and corporately in the earth.
  • The Kingdom of God is the rule and reign of Christ the King, and God rules and reigns through us, His Church.
  • The Church is the embassy of God on earth; we are representing Gods governmental authority. Every member in the embassy is an ambassador. As ambassadors, we are to manifest His Kingdom on Earth, as it is in heaven.
  • The Kingdom of God is the practical, manifestation and demonstration, of the government of God and this is done through the body of Christ, His Church.
  • The Kingdom of God is the administration or (exercising) of His government. It is the practical out working of His rule through us, demonstrating His will, and manifesting His image.

How do we exercise Gods will in the Earth? “by destroying the works of the devil”.
The Church of Acts manifested the Kingdom of God and everywhere they went they could say, “The Kingdom of God has come near you”. They preached the gospel, healed the sick, cast out demons, raised the dead, set the captives free, and set the oppressed free. They performed signs, wonders, and miracles. The church today should be exercising the kingdom like they did in the church of Acts or we cannot call ourselves the church.

  • God is not doing a new thing he is carrying out his original plan. God’s original plan was, and still is, the way the church operated in the book of Acts.
  • God is restoring us back to divine order for the purpose of Godly government.
  • God is restoring the Church to its former glory.
  • God is restoring us back through the Apostles and Prophets.

What is the grand purpose of the Church?

The grand purpose of the Church is to establish one Holy Nation. Holy Nation is the unified body of Christ with one voice, one mind, and one heart. Holy Nation is those born of the blood of Christ as one Church, one Spirit, and one body. Holy Nation is the Church being in divine order and operating by Gods governmental structure. God is building One Holy Nation authentically, accurately, and apostolically.

Everything God builds is done relationally, and Holy Nation will be built upon a foundation of covenant relationships. The walls will be built through the establishment of family. The doors and windows are put in by the establishment of clan. The plumbing and electricity is put in by the establishment of tribes. The roof is the completed grand purpose of the Church, as one Holy Nation.

God will build His Church, one Holy Nation, He will build through us.
Holy Nation begins in you, the individual. Every individual must be jointed in right placement and function in the corporate body of Christ. And when every individual is jointed to the body, the corporate universal body of Christ will rise as one Holy Nation. Then as Holy Nation we can disciple the nations of this world, and cover the earth with His glory.
